In choosing the Maars intersign partitioning system, you’re opting for long-lasting quality, style and flexibility. And also for virtually unlimited possibilities for project design. The Maars intersign partitioning system imposes few, if any, restrictions on you. It’s quick build steel frame construction allows you almost total freedom to design and achieve almost any required layout. Whether you want horizontal or vertical partitions, totally transparent or solid panels, or a stylish combination of both, the Maars intersign system enables you to translate just about any requirement into a pleasing yet practical reality. It remains durable yet relocatable, with restrained, functional details. Maars intersign is truly remarkable in that it allows you to use your own choice between steel panels or panels with veneer or melamine finishes without having to modify the basic structure at all. It is even designed to use different panelling on either side of the wall! We hardly need say that this top-class product also has exceptional noise-insulating and fire-resistant properties.
Intersign partitions can be supplied with both varnished steel panels or with melamined or veneered chipboard panels. Even different facings on either side of the partition are possible too. The coupling between the separate wall elements generates a 10 mm flat shadowy joint. Refined lower and upper details are recessed.
All types of Maars partitions are finished with a high-quality chip-proof, polyester-epoxy powder coating. For this you can choose from no less than 26 RAL colours, 2 of which are metallic. After consultation, other (RAL, NCS etc) colours are possible too. The colours displayed on your screen serve as an indication; a reliable colour spectrum is available on request.
Intersign partitions are composed of steel studs which are positioned between steel ceiling and floor tracks. The solid panels are made of steel with plaster and rock wool plating. Chipboard with rock wool is possible too. The glass elements are double-glazed; doorframes are available with right-angled or rounded corners. The door is made of steel, wood or safety glass. The wall thickness is 99mm. The module width of the solid elements amounts to a maximum of 1250 mm, module width for the glass elements is variable. The sound insulation reaches Rw 51dB, fire resistant up to 90 minutes.
