Timeless elegance. There is no better way of describing our Metaline partitioning system. It is a system that gives every interior a smooth, elegant appearance in the most charming manner, and it does this thanks to the absence of annoying covers and intrusive floor and ceiling connections. The fine joints between the metal panels and the slim window frames are without visible connections and this contributes significantly to the elegant appearance of our Metaline partitioning system. Metaline is a logical and precise product with sharply defined lines and yet it does not come over as austere. It remains, first and foremost, a pleasure to look at. It is designed to create the best conceivable working environment in an atmosphere which retains the concept of human scale.
The closed elements of the Metaline partitions always include steel covering. The finish on these panels may be very diverse, among other possibilities is varnished in a silky gloss or soft touch, galvanised, perforated etc. The coupling between the different elements, both between the closed and the glass elements, results in fine and discrete hair joints. The ceiling and floor connections are recessed.
Metaline is a partition almost completely made of metal components. The slim profiles of the glass and door elements are in perfect harmony with the flat, smooth metal panels. Maars metal doors can, if so desired, provide a full metal combination.
All types of Maars partitions are finished with a high-quality chip-proof, polyester epoxy powdered coating. Here, you can choose from no less than 26 RAL colours, 2 of which are metallic. After consultation, other (RAL, NCS etc) colours are possible too. The colours displayed on your screen serve as an indication; a reliable colour spectrum is available on request.
During the construction of Metaline partitions, steel studs are positioned in steel ceiling and floor tracks. The steel and plaster panels are clipped directly onto the studs, the cavity is filled with rock wool. The glass and door elements are coupled by means of a patented, internal click-and-fix-system. The glass elements are single or double glazed as desired, door frames can be delivered with right-angled, rounded or elliptical corners. The door is made of steel, wood or safety glass. The wall thickness is 82 mm. The module width of the solid elements is 1200 mm at the most, for the glass elements the width is variable; sound insulation is possible up to Rw 47 dB, fire resistant up to 60 minutes.
